Interactivation is a New York City-based media company which owns the following businesses:

* The Wellness Network, which includes The Patient Channel and The Newborn Channel, which are TV channels available in 2,500 hospitals.  The Patient Channel and The Newborn Channel were acquired in 2010 from NBC. 

* The Mag Rack video-on-demand television network, which is available in over 30 million US homes from most major cable and satellite TV operators. Mag Rack was acquired in 2008 from Cablevision.

* Our proprietary interactive technology (called Frixxer) which is leveraged on our TV networks and on the Web.

Interactivation is focused on operating these businesses while continuing to look for other “orphan businesses” within large media companies to acquire.
